atypical – deviating from normal expectations; somewhat odd, strange, or abnormal
I’m a little confused. I’m caught between two very distinct worlds; the geeky world of Star Wars, Warhammer, motherboards, and Dragons, and the world of skinny jeans, hair-styles, loud music, and Scene parties.
It’s a conundrum, and often causes some confusion in people that don’t realise the duality of my existence. Try explaining to a pilled-up Scenester that you spent last Saturday playing Space Crusade, or calming an irate Games Master because you got wasted at a wine bar and missed his RP session!
It’s a challenge. But it’s my life, and it’s mighty fun…
